In the notification
of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of
Revenue) number G.S.R/ 5 (E). dated the 30th
December, 2004 published in the Gazette
of India Extraordinary, part II, section 3. sub-section (i) dated the 5the January, 2005 in
the Schedule—
(1) Against Serial Number 2 Relating
to the post of Administrative Officer,
Grade-II, in column 13, for "Commission of Income Tax" Read
"Commissioner of Income Tax".
(2) Against Serial Number 3 relating
to the post of Administrative Officer
Grade-III

In
Note 2 of Column 12, for "promotion to the grade of
Administrative Officer Grade-II will be made region-wise" read
"promotion to the grade of Administrative Officer Grade-III will
be made region-wise".
